Ingredients
8 cups ice
½ cup First Street Pineapple Syrup
½ cup cream of coconut
¼ cup coconut milk
Fresh pineapple, diced
Toasted coconut flakes
Maraschino cherries

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the cream of coconut and coconut milk until smooth.
  2. Fill a snow cone machine with ice and shave according to the manufacturer's instructions. If using a blender, pulse ice until it reaches a fine, fluffy texture.
  3. Pack the shaved ice into serving cups or snow cone cones.
  4. Drizzle about 1–2 tablespoons of First Street Pineapple Syrup over each snow cone, adjusting to taste.
  5. Top with the coconut mixture and garnish with fresh pineapple, toasted coconut, or a maraschino cherry if desired.
  6. Serve immediately.
